Theres only one jailbreak out there atm so I don't know how that would work
And I've used over 20 download links and many, many reinstalls for one app and it didn't work.
I'm starting to systematically remove stuff from cydia until it works because I think a tweak is causing this.

maybe your idevice is slow or maybe the user who uploaded the app had a bad link
