make sure you have the correct drivers installed.
once you have done that restart your computer.
make sure your phone is in usb debugging mode (menu->settings->applications->development->usb debugging and if you want stay awake)
run Super-one-click program as admin
and the rest is self explanatory.

I do all but i check whit app root check basic and he say your phone is not rooted
