Canada or US, doesn't matter $20 (PAYPAL) because I only got $21 because file ice scammed me and I lost $121
I need a TBOGT so that's why those 2 countries don't matter because it will be on the console I downloaded it on.

I forgot to mention I'm only doing this Becuz I can't buy msp with a unverified PayPal trying numerous times, so I'm pretty desperate and the stores don't sell 1400/1600 they only sell 3000+
