It happens when someone is in a predator missile you kill them, and shoot there body after the predator missile has made contact... i do it all the time.

This glitch only works when operating a Predator missile. May also work for other *Laptop* Killstreaks.

its something involving the laptop because i did this too , i think its when sombody is finishing on the laptop and he/she gets killed - multiple kills.
