I'm at the part when you have to talk to Ulfric. He won't talk to me and say's you must talk to Galmar. When I talk to Galmar he says " I don't know how you convinced Ulfric to talk to the Empire..."
I think its glitching because I have the quest started "Joining the Stormcloaks" but I can't complete because Galmar wont talk to me.

Join the imperials

Do the jagged crown quest for them,

But don't give it to solitude. Go to windhelm and pass it to ulfric

You'll be in the stormcloaks
