1.Go to the class you want to use
2.Go to strike package and choose Specialist
3.Choose only ONE perk
4. That's it after you get that perk every kill after that you will get the bonus.

SO it makes it easier to get the title where you get specialist bonus 8 times. AND you get more xp.

Just to clarify on the Special Bonus Glitch. You get the bonus on your 2nd kill, after acquiring your first perk.

When I first read about the glitch. I thought you get the "All Perk Bonus" but thats not the case here.
