Well I ended up talking to this guy alot last night and went back and forth and said at the end that he was gonna ban him for 48hours. Now hes saying hes gonna Perma ban him for false accusations because one of the members on THIS WEBSITE decided to make it look he was the IW Neo guy and pretty much added wood to the fire. Thanks for being a good community.

I don't think he's legit but you never know though. I get threatened by people telling me that there going to hack my account, and they say like 10 minutes left. But they never do, and it's a day later. But that guy doesn't seem legit to me.
