To level up fast use pistols and get all the weapon proficiency an you will get 10,000 xp,and its easy because on most of them you only have to get the pistol up to level 7.you can also use machine pistols aswell but you have to get to level 10.when you have done it with one pistol go straight to the next one.

its ok i used to do it i recommend running hardline and specialist perk's to level up fast though
