The company can't ban you for what they did. It's their fault the glitch exists and if they ban your account for something they did it, you can sue them lol. since the terms and conditions of playing doesn't transcribe an exploit leading to the banishment of a players' account ;D

so no they can't ban you. the only thing they can do is pay people to say it will ban you so you will stop doing it, (not saying the user who posted this was payed off) or put a patch out like a normal game company would.

EDIT: but yes, the people who have CLEARLY used it can get a playercard reset, bring all their Stats to the begginer setting

so, if i create a game with a glitch that will give you unlimited resource of unrealistic in-game support it gives me the right to permanently lock your account? no, it's my fault it's in the game, and i have no right to that even if you "abused" it as much as possible

It may be your fault, but people don't have to participate in it. Imagine a riot happening in your town/city people who steal from shops and riot chose that, and you have a choice to participate or not. (Riots are obviously more serious than a video game glitch that everyone is worried about).
