ok so how do I add money to my paypal without charging my credit card or bank account. If I go buy a prepaid visa gift card and make a new paypal and send it as a gift to my other paypal will it work?+rep

You can't add money to your paypal, The money has to come from your credit/debit card.

lol they work. and you dont need a new account. just add it on to the account using the prepaid card. but if you get a 25$ one. paypal charges a fee of 12.50 for using a prepaid card s you will be left with about 12$

yess that will work but if u send as a gift. then u wont get the full amount so i recomment juut sending as a service
