Well, i got bored and i went around riften killing everyone and now i have a 36k bounty. And the guards will not let me pay it off or go to jail. I was wondering if there was any way i could get rid of the bounty?

There is no way you can remove the bounty. They will let you go to jail i'm sure, just get out your weapon whilst in Riften and then put it away hopefully activating the dialogue.

If not then you will have to live with it or return to a previous gamesave.

If you upload the save I can use the console to pay the bounty

Just go to jail and escape thats what i do
