I was trying to buy 1000msp on xbox and I keep getting this message "can't authorize the selected payment option" I tried paypal and normal card and still nothing.

maybe there arnt correct founds in the paypal or on the card your using or maybe you bank denied your card. is it a debit/credit/or prepaid card?

Call Microsoft and tell them the problem, if you got an error code with it tell them that. They should be able to help you.

Upgrade the current information on your account to what is on your card now; that is usually affiliated with improper details
