I am a level 34 in skyrim and have used apprentice level destruction spells the whole time. My destruction is level 64 but no matter where I go all the merchants and wizards only sell me apprentice spells! Even the destruction teacher at the college of winterhold only sold me apprentice spellls. Can anyone help or tell me where to get some stronger spells?

You can get adept spells from ethnir at level 50
You can get expert spells from ethnir at level 75
You can get master spells from faralda after completing the destruction ritual spell

get shadowmere and armor enchantments where destruction spells cost nothing to cast and cast flames on him lol
