Well try to change your age on xbox or something. And i dont know if you can transfer msp but try to call Microsoft and ask them. Thats all i can help with

You cannot transfer microsoft points from one account to another. but if you go to profile settings you can change you acc to adult!

call microsoft and ask and they will do it "you can transfer you just need to give them details and proof its your account. and a reson you want to transfer."

ps- it aint free if your saying tell me how.
