is it legal here on ttg to get someone to gift gold by a using a rewards website such as "rewards1" i have $13 on there and i want to buy gold but dont have any money in my bank account and i can't use my parents. i was just wondering if your allowed to swap money from that site to get gold on this site

e.g
me with $13 sends $6 from my rewards1 account TO the guy who is gifting me gold rewards1 account
