not from what ive heard, some people hide their ip if their ip banned but you cant unban accounts

to unban your account you have to fly to seans house kiss his a** and send him 100 dollars on paypal then you get unbanned

note:this has NOT been tested yet

You can't unbar accounts.

Most people if they get ip banned, just change there ip, which i think is stupid, because they have broken the rules, and don't deserve to come back on.
