yes and no, it will be good but the parts are "too cheap", if you could get the same things but a better version of them it would be great, example, you have a MSI gtx 560 ti, if you buy a EVGA gtx 560 ti instead of a msi it would be better

Wrong, the MSI GTX 560TI is a better card. Just because EVGA comes with a higher core clock out of the box doesn't mean it's better. You can buy the MSI card and over-clock it with Afterburner to 1GH/z achieving the same OC as the EVGA, while keeping 20 degrees cooler with the Twin Frozr II configuration.

The 560TI is more than decent. Plays all modern games with every setting maxed at very playable FPS.

swap the mobo for a asus z68 p8 v pro and swap the processor for a i5 2500k!
