my personal opinion is that he died a long time ago. apparently he had a serious kidney disease, now someone with serious kidney disease wouldnt be able to survive im guessing without constant medical treatment, so he would have had to keep going to a hospital no ? so why would he have been so hard to find ? i think he was just used as a excuse to try and justify the killings on innocent people, and the invasion of another country

I think he was dead a long time ago 2001-2003 I think the US Government used him as an excuse to go invade country's for oil, money and popularity

I think he is still alive . There isn't enough evidence of his death.
