how does someone do it for me, will i unlock all achievments, and will i get caught for doing it?

A xbox save has the file extinsion changed from .EXS to .DAT and loaded on PC skyrim. Then its all console commands from there.

if you mod achievements, you can use le fluffie, but it is medium-high chance of getting banned...

for the game, there is a low-medium chance of getting banned, only if you mod your rank past 80...
