Simple u have an american recover your account which i am then have him download what u want and he gives it back it worked for me so u can use american and british mspoints on the same account

The best thing to do is just get someone from the respective country to recover your account and redeem the MSP for you.

If you are going to use this method, I strongly suggest using only highly trusted people.
