Got my iPhone 4 for christmas, only just got round to jailbreaking it, so i've done it and it's all great, but i was just wondering what's good to download from cydia like the best, apps, games etc...

well you can get themes from cydia and ringtones but if you want free apps just go to manage then sources then edit and add the source cydia.hackulo.us and download installous, once you have downloaded installous just open installous and search/brows for the app you want
