Hello, I am having an issue with my xbox... It was working fine yesterday when I turned it off and before you go calling me a noob such and such I am very good with computers but I am at a loss to why I cannot connect, Here is a list of things that I tryed.

-Ran connection test
-Reset router
-Reset modem

Do you have any suggestions?

-I also saw that an alert was issued for xbox live but it should not be effecting my connection should it?

....Nevermind for some reason my xbox sorted itself out

if you do ever have this issue ever again you can restart our internet. usually always works for me
