Read the end of the OP. If your challenge time is 4 hours, boost for 3:59, then stop. You will get all the cR you earned, therefore passing the limit.

I'm guessing I boosted around 300k today. I stoped boosting at 1:00. When do i get my credits and when do i sign in again?

Any time you please. Just remember if you go over the cap do not sign in the same day. (I mean do not play reach, you can sign in)
