I just tested on 2 different accounts, both work fine

The speech also works...

i just tried the speech one and the option isnt there and when i tried the dup glitch the armor wasnt on there anymore

And wait a few hours after leaving the house, teleport to someone and back, that should be good enough

Great guide man, It's helped me millions but if i could give some feedback i'd also suggest maybe adding where to find all 24 of the "Stone of Barenziah"'s I dunno what you get in return for finding them all but i'm sure alot of people would still appreciate it.

i did the most recent update thats probbaly why

Is the LVL 100 speech patched?

I tried it yesterday and it didn't work. I did the persuade thing but it wouldn't go back to the original dialog

It still works for me

If you can't do it, get a bounty at solitude and persuade the guard to let you off

Then find another guard and he will say i know you,

Then proceed to persuade him and just go to different guards and persuade them
