Alright, what you need to do if your going to update your JDK version for a RSPS, you'll more likely want JDK 7u2, or Java devlopment Kit 7 update 2.

You said you needed the 32 bit, right?

Windows x86 84.04 MB jdk-7u2-windows-i586.exe

That is where your going want to go, and that is what your going to want to get, x86 is used for x32 computers.
