So my question is after you Kill your wife in Skyrim, How to get another 1... And well
I killed my Wife as a Human (not a Werewolf) so Is there any way?

Once you're married once, you can't get married a second time... If you really want the wife back, just load a save. Unless there is a glitch of some sort, you can't get married twice... Sorry.
