power supply is pretty skimp, but other then that like a 7/10

i run BF3 on ultra at 140-180 FPS!

The processor would be a bottle neck if you want to upgrade anytime.
You may want to think about upgrading it to at least a Quad core, and the graphics card to a 6870.
If you built it a month ago, why did you buy the 6790?
