ive been trying for ages to portforward i can just do it so can someone use team veiwer to do it for me id love you for ever and let you be a admin on my sever??

i have a huawei EchoLife HG520b and i aint got a clue how to port forward and do i need to pay for the server

Go to start>all programs> accessories> command prompt> type ipconfig
Write down your Default Gateway id. it will look like 192.168.?.?
Also write down your IPv4 id. it'll likely look similar to your default gateway.
Type the default gateway id into the top of your browser.
Find your control settings for your nat. Find the part about changing ports. Add the port 25565 to the list, when asked for a protocol, choose the one with a slash. After this, enter in any other needed information.
IPv4 will be needed for this step!
After you've enabled the port you're done.
If you still cannot run the server, make sure you disable your firewalls blocking of THAT PORT ONLY. 25565!

You're on your own with the firewall if you have one.
