Hulk is quite overrated in my opinion, especially the price he's reported to be worth.

Chelsea really need an overhaul on their squad this summer, there's too many players over the age of 30 who are on 100k+ a week.

Swansea have got the signing of the transfer window so far, Sigurdsson from Hoffenheim. One of the best prospects in Europe who has unfortunately been injured for some time so Swansea is an ideal club for him to gain fitness.
