I highly doubt it, but I guess it's good to take risks, because what if they're legit..

If the payment is via paypal, they can/should re-inburse your money if you do not recieve the Beats.

They are REAL beats! They don't have the real logo because they would be sued for selling his product for that cheap. They are legit and real though.
