So I Got this Title Called TRANSER and In details It only says Transmission Complete.

How did I Get This Title and Is It Difficult to Get?

Its a hidden challenge, to get it you will need to knife somebody who has the title and has it set on their playercard.

Oh sorry my bad, and to answer the difficulty, yes it is hard as its down to being able to knife a player who has the title set on their playercard. Its not like the 'Infected' title where you only need to be knifed by somebody who has it (Does not need to be set on their playercard).
