It's keep on saying reconnection failed and limit reached when im downloading games is there a way I can fix that I will rep whoever help me

For the limit reached just change your IP or reset your router.

I had this a couple times. Depends on the host you are using (Megaupload) and if you have premium which gives you unlimited bandwidth to download
