When I logged on my xbox today, I got "Suspended due to a problem with your payment option." I tried to update it, by re-writing the information and the numbers, but I still get the same message... What should I do? Dont feel like calling to xbox/microsoft. any way to fix this? The answer that works will get ++Rep

it meens your credit/debit card could not be charged this has happened too me

its because you dont have enuff in the bank all you can do is wait till you have the money there then thats it

you probable got banned and they suspended your account or you just need to update your billing info and stuff
