1. Common sense ask for proof and ask them to invite you to the lobby with there 80 dummy account.
2. Check to see there reputation someone with 1-20 with 30 posts doesn't seem legit vs a TTG senior with 1,234 posts and 352 reputation. Not saying someone with low posts and rep is not legit they might have vouches and be new to ttg just see if they have vouches from other members with more posts and rep, or a badge or anything of that sort Also take the time to read all there comments or at-least anuff to get an idea if there really legit or not
3. MAKE ANOTHER EMAIL!!! make another email with a different password and link it to your email you have for live so in that case if they steal your account you can recover your password you use for your xbox live email sent to your knew email if there linked and then you can go change your password and recover your account back then go in and delete there email off the account if they linked it but i highly doubt they would link it
4. Also good idea to go through and read there comments if its a post and see how many people thanked them and if he as any vouches
5. Thanks -unknown Also check to see if they have a trusted seller badge or any badges even if they have low posts and rep they earned the badge there legit
6. Any linked credit card accounts, remove them just for this - this will stop people spending on your account for "fun"
Remember to vote in the poll up there ^^^^^
If you have any ideas of what i can add pm me or reply to this post
Please comment and keep this topic alive, NO Bumping it though

No problem its always the smartest thing you can do cause they'll send a link to change your password to your second email so you can just jack it back

To be honest you never thought about this.
They could also put a Email on the account and just keep getting the password over and over if they are that desperate...
Also you cannot remove their email, they have to remove it from their email... You should warn them about that too...

Not really...
Aka_JD2020- 200 Posts, 20 rep/Trusted seller.
TTGOreo 500 Posts 40 rep/Used to be legit.
Just because low post/rep count doesn't mean
that they will scam you. It might be a higher risk.
