My rank is level 33 and money is not a option could someone let me know what cars are good for drifting and how I should setup the cars

Its totally up to you. First you need to decide if you want RWD or AWD. AWD is easier and RWD is harder (much better). I like to be different and use cars what i don't see people using too often. As for a tuning setup, upgrade the car and tamper around in test drive until you get it how you like. There are several drift tune guides somewhere on the internet.
