I guess they thought it was an extreme case
Well, i was being quite the business man on my realm and i had raised the price for Volatile Fire by almost 7g (by uppercutting the other auctions i could get for much less) and i was banned because i had used an economy exploit.
Basically i outsmarted Blizzard and made almost 1000g in a few hours. The thing is, one thing in very minor effects another and another etc. so basically i had tampered with the entire economy just by controlling the market for one item. Some other people should start trying it, just to piss off Blizzard.
I actually was sort of proud when i found that Blizzard was angry at me for beating the economy. I really didnt care though, i was getting bored anyway and needed to make a new alt anyway.

Wow. That sucks. I used to play wow (85 warlock) till I quit a few months ago. I can't believe they banned you that stupid shat

That's because private servers are not legal against blizzard regulations, if they find you playing em then bye bye to your retail account.
And we should all know by now... Blizzard's GM's Fail Hard.

I made about 30k gold in a matter of 3 days with different items.. So idk how you got banned. The auction house is a free economy with no regulations whatsoever. Your item either buys or sells, so you probably have been caught doing something else...

Just like to point out that this is bul u would have been banned for somthing eles. if u check ur email there should be a reson. i have been playing for since the beta when the game first come out. make the price of something one the ah will never lead to a ban. its ecomany base platform so its ment to change all the time that why diffrent relms have diffrent prices.
