Actually, it would be a financial success for them to do a wide scale ban. When this resets your stats, it keeps your deaths and losses. All the pathetic gamers who care about KDR will go make new accounts and buy MORE Xbox Live. Sure a lot of people will be pissed but are they going to do anything to boycott this game? Nope. Anyone who says they are gonna quit CoD due to this will be back online, playing and b****ing about their reset in less than 48 hours.

For God's sakes.

It's called bug abuse. When you signed up for Xbox Live, you agreed never to exploit glitches (which is what the Prestige Token GLITCH is) or else you be banned. IW can do whatever the **** they want to bug abusers because they agreed to the Microsoft's ToS. They are lucky they are not being console banned.

Even though it is a glitch in the game and their fault you are still responsible for if you get banned. You are violating the terms of service with IW/Activision and xbl. You are exploiting and abusing the glitch to rank up faster, which makes it unfair to other players. When you do glitches you are exploiting them, which is violating terms of service.
