Well, Microsoft don't just console ban you.. You must have done something, even if it's minor they can still ban you.

However there's only one thing you can really do, ring them up, and talk to them over the phone and see what's said..

Xbox only bans your console when its modded. You must have had a flashed console or something. Did you buy it used maybe?

You can't be banned for no reason. The reason why I was console banned twice was because of "Unauthorized Login". I would recover accounts without permission.

You were banned for something, so just buy another console and don't tamper with it's internal circuitry.
