Take it from me i have insomnia also.
Buy melatonin. I use the stuff its a vitamin so it does not take a doctors prescription. Works great.
This is not addictive and isnt able to kill you. SWo if 3 doesnt work go to 4,5,6,7,8,9 and so on. But at 15 you need to consult a doctor. start out with 3 depending on how big of a guy you are.

Work out get some exercise go for a run, or you know... what every teen boy does. You may have energy built up that you dont use daily so go do some running play some basketball. Burn that energy.
Hot shower. Take a nice long i mean like a hour long shower just lay in the tub and let the water wash away your day. i do that every night. Really nice to relieve stress.
warm milk. Drink a glass of warm milk dont microwave holy hell it tastes terrible. Poor some in a pan and stir it on warm. Add chocolate for extra points :Wink:

you just need to get into a simple routine, it happens to the majority when they have time of a schedule,just lay off anything with caffeine init and when you go to bed turn everything off in your room and close your eyes you should get your "Rem sleep" wich is 8 hours!!! good luck

Same here but usually ill just stay up for a day straight then i pass out the next.

Me too. I stayed up everyday of my break and tomorrow I go back and here I am, posting on TTG at 4 AM in the morning. I have to wake up at 6:50 and I won't enjoy that at all.
