I'm tired of seeing these posts. They are immature.

Also, everyone needs to take a look at these :

https://www.thetechgame.com/Forums/rules.html

This is not a Democracy, not a Republic, but it is not a Dictatorship. The Staff here tend to be very fair with the crap they put up. If you act like an idiot, you will be treated like an idiot, this follows with any forum. Don't disrespect staff, I'm tired of seeing this.

They remove Stickies after their purpose has been served. They close topics after they die. Remove Spam when you don't know what the thread is even about.

They are helping the forum by eliminating content that would probably infect you computer, cost you 500$ and ruin the computer. You should be grateful they do the job they do. Thank the Staff next time you see them.

Treat them like regular people, they are like everyone else.

Remember, if you give respect, you will get it back.

The thing is the staff closes topics with out actually looking at them. I've had many posts closed for something that clearly wasn't there. Also, if anyone needs to spend 500$ to remove a stupid little virus, that's just sad.

Staff looks at all topics before closing them.
About the 500$ statement.

Can you prove they do? Try it. Next time you want to have a topic closed just post VIRUS and report it for malicious content and the topic is closed. I've had this done to me at least 2 times in my rsps topics, both with pictures of virus scans and links to the scans.
Edit* also if it costs you any money to remove a simple virus that can easily be removed by Spybot or at WORST you can use BIOS.

I have seen virus that require the help of a true white hat hacker, they get paid.

The reason your topics probably got closed is because staff doesn't want to take the risk of downloading a program that could potentially compromise their accounts. It saves time to close the topic if it is suspected of Malicious Downloads/Content rather than take a risk and have a Backdoor Trojan. Unless you made the program yourself you never truly know what the program has in it. If it can make an internet connect, it can do essentially anything.

Why remove a sticky on a game, such as AC:R, while it is still played by the thousands.

 also, stop trying to suck up to Staff.

I'm not sucking up. It's true. If you try to deny the truth, then you are accepting the ignorance.

There are sites that scan the files just by the link. It can but you cannot put a virus in an open rsps file, not a jar, a .bat that you can easily see what it does. When that happens not one but twice, it's pretty clear they are not looking into to the reports. Also dude, no virus needs that. I'm sorry you don't see that. Do you know anything about removing a virus?

Yes, I do. There are sites that look just like the virus scanner site that will turn it up as good so people will download it but it is really a virus. Malware/Certain virus will need it. There is a difference between a custom coded virus and your geeksquad trojan virus.

Okay well there is, I will give you that. Although they are solved the same way. All geek squad does is back up your files and reinstall your current os. Which would get rid a trojan custom coded or made by a program. Worst that could happen is it stores itself in your RAM. If you know anything about RAM, you will know it is volatile. So, by just turning your computer off, something that happens in the reinstalling of the OS. Also, when I posted my virus scans I used Spybot, 2 websites that give virus scans, and the topic was reaching near 10 pages and not one said it was a virus.
