people who have been listening to dubstep for at least 3 years know that skrillex is as far from dubstep as justin bieber. I would classify him as "fidget-electro-fartstep" or something like that.

now i've encountered at least 10 people who have said stuff like "have you heard UKFDubstep's music? he's really good!"

UKF is ran by a guy called Luke, and all he does is upload others people's songs to his youtube channel. he doesn't make them himself :facepalm:

Yes he did say himself he is not dubstep but alot of people assume he is and alot of people on this site say he is, Also on your post you said wikkle blanket assuming we were the kids the majority of skrillex fans are kids wanting to fit in

Exactly. I'm not hating on skrillex, it's his FANS that think he's dubstep, even though he has said before he isn't. Although i think he could to a better job of informing his fans that he isn't, he doesn't seem to care imo, which is fine lol.

Hes just in it for the money thats why which is a shame Producers like skream never changed their music for more money And personally if I were able to produce music like that I enjoy it so much that I think I would be happy earning a living playing the music rather than getting more money for something you don't enjoy

I recently found out that skream's now signed to skrillex's label OWSLA, that actually made me feel pretty sad..and annoyed..
