It has to be one of those necklaces that says, Weapons and amour can be improved by 25%.
You might have to wait a little.
Maybe 48 hours in-game.

Where are you right now, by the he I assume you're in Warmaiden's or at the black smith in Solitude. You should try talking to Adrianne she is right in front of Whiterun.

I found mine at the girl outside of Warmaiden. Took about 4 days to find it. I'm not sure what it was, but it was an armor, not jewelry. You're probably having some terrible luck.

Yeah, I was already overpowered because I had two 147 Daedric mace's so I thought what the hell, I wanna be even moar of a god!

Dragons still deal a lot to me. I needa enchant my armor with some magic resistance. Is there a way to get 100% magic resistance? If so, what is the enchantment called and what is the description of the item to dechant?

You could drop your Daedric armour you have now and then do the same glitch but with a magic resistance ption, then enchant your amour, I am sure that would work.
