do i only need it once or do i need to get all the materials multiple times?
and is there any where i can buy all of the materials rather then going out swimming for fish and hunting for elk.

do i need the antlers too?

Does the equipment have to be a 25% increase enchantment? cause the ones I have atm are like 8% & 13%?

No they don't, you will just need a bit more ingredients.

How do i make crafting armor?
i cant enchant fortify alchemy and fortify smithing on the plate body?
i can do fortify smithing on plate body and bracers but not the helmet or boots
or i can do fortify alchemy on the helmet and bracers
but if i try to enchant 2 on them it only lets me do it on the bracers?

Get a ring and a necklace and only put one of the two on the ones you can't put two on and on the ones that you can't put either of the 2 on then put fortify one-handed.

really confusing?
i can only put 2 on the bracers
so do i make a ring and but both enchantments on that?
im really confused :$
