Okay, so here's the story.
This guy sends me a kv that I paid for so I go ahead and flash my jtag. After flashing I shutdown and unplug my cords. I click the power button and nothing happens. I start going crazy clicking any buttons I can (including the eject button) and nothing works. The kv desrtoyed my system. If you guys can help me fix this I will send you $25 as soon as it starts working again, thanks.

It might be the power brick. It happened to me once. I used my old power brick and it worked fine...
Or maybe you need to get a nand reader and re do the whole thing :/

Next time you try to flash a KV, use this tutorial..https://www.thetechgame.com/Forums/viewtopic/t=211503.html
It's the easiest way...
Anyway i would do what m40snipes said and put your original Nand onto a USB and boot into Xell (by turning your console on with the eject button).
