Open wrote Headshot is good at low levels but get worse as you rank up. With Shield boosting, you always go up atleast one level per game even if you are in the high 60s.

demolition all the way, the bonus xp is great. but HC HQ is also a good way since the kills are easy and its HQ

You can cage match boost for a few hours.. Play game like Snd, where you get alot of points.. maybe even riot shield boost

I had this all figured out once, too get to a level 45 in cage match fast too shield boost it might be a little wrong but you can work with it.. (easy for me 2 xboxs didn't have to give another guy kills)

if you do it with someone set a time limit to switch 1 hour each is good..

Each make a dummy account. Go sign up a new email with msn and create a new gamer profile you will get a free month live gold after you sign up your Dummy account.

Now one uses there dummy account, and the other their real one. After each hour switch. (dashboarding makes it a way longer process)

make it funny have a race to see who can get the most kills in each hour

Stopping Power I-V 19000 XP
Steady Aim I-VI 28500 XP

and a bunch of other challenges in between

There are more steps to go up, but easy to figure it out.. if you do it quick you can get 20 kills every 5mins (including lobby wait time)

I thinks its around 400,000 and something XP for level 45
