There is so much Spam on the formus relatining to all "Pre loading xbox live accounts", Our terms: 6K Accounts, 10k Accounts, So its caught my eye...
What are The posibilties of getting banned, if all you do is use to points and transfer:
What are The prices of a 10k account(Avrg):
UK Account: On Average $21 Converts to: 14 GBP
USA Account: On Average $21 Converts to: 14 GBP
What are The prices of a 6k account (Avrg):
UK Account: On Average $15 Converts to: 9.75 GBP
USA Account:On Average $15 Converts to: 9.75 GBP
Best Places where to get these accounts:

If looking to buy from Gumtree, make sure you do your research
Any Tips to make it less likely to get banned:
1)Saving the account to a memory stick, instead of the hard drive helps!
2)Use account within the 2 hours warranty and then remove Profile and Items from your console
3)Make sure when pucrchasing an account, you must ask the seller wether the account is, Gold or Silver Membershipped! NEVER BUY A GOLD ACCOUNT. ALOT Easier to get tracked/banned

5)When you recieve an account 99% of the time there will be credit card details on there...If you try to use them to buy more points, it is pretty much garnateed to get you banned, also this would be classed as fraud on your part meaning, you could get taken to court!
Negatives:
Ever wondered why they sell the account for so cheap? Well its because it is stolen credit card details they use to buy the MSP. You might not think that your doing anything bad but you are fuelling the demand meaning that there is a market for it so people are enticed to hack and use people's credit or debit cards and thus stealing money from them.
If you do get banned, your console will be banned, meaning you wont be able to go online, meaning you will have to purchase a new xbox to play online :O
If people could fill this out to thier thoughts and Knowledge, i will edit the first post, put the information in and hopefully i till clear up ALOT of spam on the forums!

Just dont buy them, then you wont be at risk of getting banned and you wont be buying stolen goods

BTW, my account was hacked and they spent 70 pounds of MY money, still waiting to see if microsoft will refund my money.
