Do what this guy does apart from enter the stuff off your patchblocker and delete the COD4 Game Data Utility
Text TUT:
Step 1) Delete COD4 Game Data Utility
Step 2) Go to System Settings - Go down to network settings - Internet Connection Settings - Custom - Keep scrolling along till you get to something called Proxy Server - Go to use - Now go to your laptop open Elite Mossy Patch Blocker - It will say IP and port number - Whatever you see on that enter it in to the fields on the PS3. When you finish that go along till it says save settings. Click that and then start blocking on patchblocker. DON'T TEST CONNECTION (IMPORTANT).
How To Use Codes.
Step 1) Transfer your CoD4 Save Data Utility onto a USB.
Step 2) Go to your laptop plug in the USB.
Step 3) Open the USB file
Step 4) Go to PS3 - SAVEDATA - BLES00148 - AUTO- Or whatever is after your SAVEDATA folder
Step 5) Open GPAD0_CM And GPAD0_MP With Notepad
Step 6) Copy these into GPAD0_CM

Step 8) When you want to change prestige where it says statset 2326 10 change the 10 to whatever prestige you want even from 0-11 and you will be that prestige with unlock all.
Step 9) Save the GPAD0_CM and GPAD0_MP.
Step 10) Put your USB into your PS3 and goto Save Data Utility - At the top there will be your USB name. Go to that then transfer the data back to your PS3.
Step 11) Start Up CoD4 then go to multiplayer, wait 10 seconds before clicking play online.
Step 12) Go to private match and infect your friends/yourself.
How To Use: Leave lobby go to splitscreen start game (DON'T CHANGE ANYTHING) make sure you start game then choose gun press up on dpad then end game you will be whatever prestige, level 55 and you will have unlock all.
In this menu i added:
4000xp from suicide,
i took the tint out because when i opened menu i couldn't get the tint off.

turn your ps3 off then reset internet once its resetting turn ps3 on go to cod4 and go to multiplayer and sign in
