This happens to a lot of people, humans are like a clock except from we don't know it or think about it. At an early stage of life we adapt to the timing system of earth so well and at the same time we adapt to a certain number within the timing system by luck or by choice. So you may have a favourite number, when ever you see the number on the clock you think too yourself "Oh my, that's my favourite number!" and you keep doing that so often to a stage where you don't even know you are doing it, that's why you become so confused and amazed at it. Think of this way, you have taught yourself to set an alarm clock in your brain, when an adult gets up on Monday - Friday for work at 7:00 they have done this routine for so many years your brain adapts to that time to automatically wake up on that time so an alarm clock isn't actually even needed, you just wake up at 7:00!
I always used look at the clock at 13:37 and think to myself "z0mg l33t!!" so i always see 13:37 now, i don't think to look at the clock at 13:37 my brain just thinks to look at the time at 13:37 automatically, it just pops in my head to look.

ANSWER: No you do not see that time more, you just recognize it. I say you see the time on different things all through out the day and don't even pay attention to what it read unless it has an 11 in it, since you are subconsciously looking for the number.

Its Simple it only happens Because you realize the time was on 9:11 I can look right now and its 10:43 nothing special So I dont remember looking at this time but if you see 9:11 on the clock you remember it and then when you see it again your look ahh it says 9:11
