Yea probably very well. They are both hard to handle games but your setup should handle it very well maxed out.

battlefield 3: ultra without aa

gta iv: badly programmed game VERY bad so i dont know about that

You will be fine on both. I use to run GTA on my GT 210 on medium settings, no doubt about it having troubles running it.
