I paid for it and the only way of leveling up my clan is by inviting founders and i want to know when the clan operations are gonna go live to level up the clan...

You'r in the right section i just had a chat with one of the tech supporters on activision regarding elite. they said elite is still running betas to make sure the elite Clan ops are working flaulessly. basically make sure no one can mess with them.
